Terms of service

Whether you browse harbournexa.online, ask for a free site review or buy a fare zone, these terms govern the arrangement.

1The studio

Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India, trades under the HarbourNexa name; quotes and invoices carry its registration details. Questions about these terms go to hello@harbournexa.online. The way we work is described on the about page.

2Businesses we serve

We work with businesses, not consumers, and only with those whose products or services are lawful where they are offered in Australia. We do not act for escort or sexual-services businesses. Before work starts, you confirm that you have taken, or will take, your own legal advice on the eSafety codes and other rules that apply to you.

3What we refuse to do

We will not design, suggest or build anything intended to weaken or avoid age assurance; show search engines different content from what visitors see; write, buy or suppress reviews; make claims about products that cannot be supported; or send marketing messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

4Scope

Each fare zone's tasks appear on the pricing page, and your quote spells them out again. Legal advice, website development, paid advertising, conversion-rate work and content production beyond the quote are separate unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5Results

Search engines rank pages by their own methods, which change without notice. Our commitment is to diligent work on the agreed scope and a written monthly report, and we make no promise about positions, visits or revenue.

6Fees and GST

• Invoices are issued every month, in Australian dollars, at your quoted rate.
• Month to month: cancel by writing to us thirty days in advance.
• Committed terms: the reduced rate holds for three, six or twelve months, and all months in the commitment are payable.
• GST is added if it applies. Invoices are due fourteen days from issue.

7Your part

• Accurate information about your business, products and locations.
• Reasonable access and timely decisions on our recommendations.
• Responsibility for the content, age assurance and legal compliance of your own website.

8Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your business information confidential. Work produced for you becomes yours when the related invoice is paid, while our general methods and templates remain our own. How we treat personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

9How far our liability goes

Where Australian law provides consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be excluded, they continue to apply. Beyond those, all claims together are capped at a quarter's worth of fees received from you before whatever led to the claim, and lost profits, like the choices made by search engines, platforms or regulators, fall outside our responsibility.

10Ending the arrangement

After any committed term, either of us may finish the arrangement by giving a month's notice in writing. HarbourNexa can stop at once if the conditions under "Businesses we serve" or "What we refuse to do" are not met, and either side may end it if a material breach is not remedied within fourteen days of written notice.

11Law

Indian law applies to this agreement, with any dispute heard in India, save where both parties sign a quote that says otherwise.
