About
About HarbourNexa, in the manner of a heritage plaque
HarbourNexa is a small, remote SEO studio for lawful adult businesses, centred on Sydney and working across Australia. We help shops, venues, online stores and platforms become easier to find in search, and we build the new Australian rules into that work from the start.

What we stand on
- 1Visible, not hidden
Safe-for-work pages carry the search visibility; explicit material stays behind proper age assurance.
- 2Every claim true
No invented reviews, suburbs, prices or certifications, on any page we touch.
- 3Rules first
The eSafety codes, consumer law and the Spam Act shape the plan from day one.
- 4Plain reporting
A written report each month, in words a business owner can use.

A new studio, said plainly
HarbourNexa began in 2026. There are no client logos or case studies on this site yet, because we will publish them only with written permission. Our fees are set out on the pricing page, and our approach in the walks, starting with the Australia guide.
How the studio works
- Codes before content. Where explicit material is involved, the age-assurance position is settled with your adviser before any page is built.
- Australian by default. GST-inclusive prices, local spelling and units, and delivery by state.
- Tickets with tests. Each fix comes with its reason and a simple test your team can run to confirm it worked.
- Plain reports. One short monthly report, including the quiet months when little moves.
The regulators we read
Our guidance comes from the bodies that set the rules: eSafety for the online safety codes, the ACCC for consumer law, product safety and reviews, the ACMA for the Spam Act, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy, alongside Google's own documentation. We are a search studio, not a law firm; when a question needs a lawyer, we will tell you, and our walks show the date each topic was last checked.
Your opening month
After the free review, the first fortnight sorts every page into open and gated, checks prices, claims and the unsubscribe flow, and confirms exactly what Google can reach. The second fortnight turns the findings into tickets, ranks them by risk, and agrees which pages to build first. At the month's close you hold a record of where things started and a plan for the next quarter, in whichever zone you picked on our pricing page.
What we leave to others
HarbourNexa does not build websites, write code, run age-assurance checks, take product photos or give legal advice. Your developer, your age-assurance provider, your accountant and your lawyer each have a part, and our job is to make theirs easier: clear tickets, plain explanations and a search plan that fits around their decisions rather than competing with them.
Working remotely
The studio works online with businesses across Australia, from Sydney to Perth. Video calls, shared documents and written reports replace office visits and long meetings, which suits owners who prefer to keep their marketing partner discreet and their time free for the shop.
Questions
Is HarbourNexa based in Sydney?
The studio works remotely with Sydney and Australia as its focus. The company that runs it is identified in the terms of service.
Do you also handle conversion and growth work?
No. We focus on search visibility. If your need is conversion rates or checkout, we will tell you rather than stretch the brief.
Will you work with a business that is not yet compliant with the eSafety codes?
We can plan the search side while you take legal advice, but we will not help anyone avoid the codes or build around them.
