This page explains what personal information HarbourNexa collects, why, and how you can see or correct it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 as our standard for handling it.

1Who holds your information

The information on this page is held by Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd in India, the operator of HarbourNexa. Send privacy requests to hello@harbournexa.online, or through the review form.

2What reaches us

• Via the review form: a contact name, an email for our reply, your type of business, your website, the areas you serve and your message.
• From clients: agreements, invoices, emails and the plans and reports we write.
• With your permission only: read access to search and analytics tools for your site.

3Information we do not want

We have no need for customer records, card details, passwords or anything explicit, and ask you not to send them. If they arrive by mistake, we delete them.

4How it is used

Replying to enquiries, delivering engaged work, meeting record-keeping duties, and guarding the site against misuse. We would ask before using it for anything else.

5Cookies and analytics

This website sets one essential cookie, which stops automated abuse of the review form. There are no analytics tags, advertising pixels or third-party trackers.

6Who else sees it

Our web host and email provider handle data for us under contract. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with other businesses for their marketing. We disclose information to authorities only when legally required, and we name clients publicly only with written permission.

7Overseas handling

HarbourNexa is run from India, and some of our providers operate in other countries, so your information will be handled outside Australia. We keep only what we need and use providers with appropriate safeguards.

8Retention

• Enquiries that do not become work: deleted after twelve months.
• Access to your tools: withdrawn when the engagement ends.
• Invoices and financial records: retained as long as Australian or Indian tax rules demand.

9Seeing and fixing your details

Whenever you like, request the details we keep on you, or have mistakes in them fixed. We will confirm who you are and reply within thirty days. Unhappy with our handling of a concern? The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner accepts complaints.

10Updates to this page

The page date above changes whenever we make a meaningful change. Our terms of service and pricing set out the rest of the arrangement.
